Shipping policy

• Bank Holidays & Public Holidays not included as delivery days.  
• Delivery time frames may vary slightly based on your location and other events outside of our control.
• Shipping Networks: StarTrack Express / Australia Post Express. We reserve the right to utilize other shipping partners based on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping Times:

• Local Delivery: 1 to 3 Business Days. We can also deliver on weekend upon request. Must be located within 30km radius of Croydon VIC 3136
• Express Shipping: 2 to 8 Business Days Australia-Wide from the time of your order.

This time frame takes into account the PC building times, handling and other factors. Delivery times may slightly vary due to stock availability, different shipping networks and your location.

Build Times:

Upon receiving your order, we process it, assemble and stress test every system, and aim to dispatch all systems in approximately the same day to 1 business day. Please note this is an estimate or average time from the date on which an order is placed to the date it is dispatched. Higher tier builds, specialized components, times of supply shortage, periods of high demand or other factors may alter this estimate. The short wait will be worth it, we promise!
